Being Autistic
Art Therapy & Psychoeducation Group

'Being Autistic' is an art therapy and psychoeducation project for Autistic adults developed by Brightfire CIC in collaboration with The Cartshed Charity at their woodland site in Herefordshire. Over 12 sessions participants have an opportunity to explore their autistic identity, connect with peers, develop strategies for improving mental health and wellbeing whilst connecting with the natural environment.
We are currently running the 4th cohort of the Being Autistic programme.
Referral to this service can be made by contacting The Cart Shed Charity. Please state you are interested in the Being Autistic programme on the referral form.
