Step 1 - Complete Online Referral Form

If you are interested in private therapy services from Brightfire CIC you can self-refer using the online form below. 

If you are a professional or family member you can complete a referral using the form below, if you have permission from the person you are referring.  

 

Step 2 - Book a free Initial Assessment

​

When we have received your referral form we will send you a link to book a free 30-monute assessment on Zoom. 

This is an opportunity to ask questions, meet your potential therapist and for us to talk about why you are

seeking therapy at this time.  We will also ask you some questions about your mental and physical health.

Step 3 - Schedule your Sessions

​

If you decide to start therapy, and the therapist feels that they can meet your needs the therapist will suggest scheduling an initial six sessions. These can be extended as required. Once you have an agreed regular time and day slot this will be

reserved for you, unless we agree a change, or the sessions are completed.

Additional Info:

If we are full, and not accepting new clients, we will offer to add you to our waiting list, or refer you to other therapists who we trust, and who are taking new clients. There are times when it is not ethical or responsible for us to work with a client, and we will suggest we refer you to someone else. This could be because we have a family member or close friend in common, or if you require specialisms we are not trained to deliver. We will always have your wellbeing and safety in mind when taking a referral or recommending on to other services.
